Do you take a revenue share on recovered payments?+
No. Rebounce charges flat monthly pricing. You keep 100% of what is recovered. This is unusual; most competitors stack a percentage fee on top of their subscription.
How long is the free trial?+
3 days. No credit card required to start. Most teams have their first recovery within the first 48 hours.
What if I exceed my MRR cap?+
We will email you well before any disruption and ask you to upgrade. We do not silently throttle or stop recovering payments mid-flow.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your dashboard). No retention dark patterns. You keep access through the end of the billing period.

Do you support payment providers other than Stripe?+
Stripe (via Stripe Connect) is the primary integration. Paddle support is on the 2026 roadmap.
