BlackFon is a Rebounce customer. Rebounce operates BlackFon’s failed payment recovery via WhatsApp, including a dedicated branded WhatsApp sender and Spanish-language dunning workflows.
When a BlackFon subscription payment fails on Stripe, the Rebounce platform classifies the decline, schedules smart retries, and reaches the customer through a fully branded WhatsApp message in Spanish with a one-click payment-update link. BlackFon does not need any engineering work to operate this; Rebounce manages the recovery end to end on their behalf.
